The goal isn’t to tolerate more suffering. It’s to become more peaceful in the middle of life’s challenges.
And all of that in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of the Northern Swedish wilderness.

“Filip has given me one of the most incredible experiences of my life — one that has changed it for the better. The ice bathing and breathwork were excellent, but this was just part of the amazing experience. I seriously cannot believe how much we did, while never feeling like the pace was too much.
Filip is warm, informative and genuinely wants to help his guests. I left with a new zest for life, a new friend and a commitment to return again.”

“Seven magnificent days in Sweden. Every day we started by activating the body and breathing, followed by different experiences — ice baths in frozen lakes, snowshoe walks through the forest, sauna, homemade food, meditation, fire ceremonies and much more.
Everything was organised and guided by Filip and Alexander, always attentive and putting safety first. You return recharged, with tools for self-control and a real sense of before and after. Even though the temperatures and activities can look intimidating from the outside, everything flows thanks to Filip and Alexander.”
