Is this for me?

You don’t need to love the cold. You don’t need to be extreme.

Would you like to…

  • Stay calm when life gets stressful?
  • Switch off your mind when there’s nothing left to solve?
  • Release accumulated stress instead of carrying it in your body?
  • Feel more present, energized and connected?

Then you’re in the right place.

This retreat isn’t about proving how tough you are. Cold is just one of the tools — not the destination.

Every practice is guided, progressive and optional. You don’t need previous experience or exceptional fitness. You just need curiosity and a willingness to explore what you’re capable of.

The goal isn’t to tolerate more suffering. It’s to become more peaceful in the middle of life’s challenges.

And all of that in the beautiful and peaceful surroundings of the Northern Swedish wilderness.

Experience the Primal Balance

For five days, the environment itself becomes part of the practice.

Imagine the wild and remote North of Sweden. Deep snow. Freezing cold, sharp and clean air. Silence of nature. A sky full of stars. Northern lights.

And now imagine being in this environment with a group of like-minded people, guided by experienced instructors through a once-in-a-lifetime adventure.

Cutting ice in a frozen lake. Wild ice baths. Training your mind and body in ways you never thought possible. Powerful daily breathwork sessions. Swedish sauna traditions. Eating nourishing food cooked over fire and sourced locally where possible.

This is just a glimpse of what the retreat is going to be like.

★★★★★ · Google Review

“Filip has given me one of the most incredible experiences of my life — one that has changed it for the better. The ice bathing and breathwork were excellent, but this was just part of the amazing experience. I seriously cannot believe how much we did, while never feeling like the pace was too much.

Filip is warm, informative and genuinely wants to help his guests. I left with a new zest for life, a new friend and a commitment to return again.”

★★★★★ · Google Review · Translated from Spanish

“Seven magnificent days in Sweden. Every day we started by activating the body and breathing, followed by different experiences — ice baths in frozen lakes, snowshoe walks through the forest, sauna, homemade food, meditation, fire ceremonies and much more.

Everything was organised and guided by Filip and Alexander, always attentive and putting safety first. You return recharged, with tools for self-control and a real sense of before and after. Even though the temperatures and activities can look intimidating from the outside, everything flows thanks to Filip and Alexander.”
