About Filip
I learned the hard way that strength isn’t just knowing how to push.
It’s also knowing how to slow down, recover and stay calm when life gets intense.
I’m Filip Krzyzanowski — a certified Wim Hof Method Instructor and TRE® Facilitator helping people release accumulated stress, reconnect with their bodies and build the resilience to handle modern life without losing themselves in it.

My story
For years, I thought stress was just the price of ambition.
When I was at university, I became obsessed with personal development.
I wanted to achieve more, experience more and make the most out of life. I studied Computer Science in the UK, spent a year living in China, worked, travelled, partied, joined projects and filled almost every available hour of my life.
I was always doing something.
And for a while, I was proud of it.
Stress felt normal. Exhaustion felt like something to overcome. If my body told me to slow down, my answer was usually to push harder.
I believed that if I sacrificed enough now, I would eventually earn the right to relax later.
Eventually, my body stopped cooperating.
The same drive that helped me succeed eventually started working against me.
Anxiety became part of everyday life. I went through periods of depression, dissociation, chronic fatigue and different physical health problems.
Suddenly, I couldn’t simply discipline my way out of what was happening.
So I did what I had always done when faced with a problem:
I started searching for answers.
I explored meditation, yoga, breathwork, fasting, different diets, supplements, therapies, psychedelics, alternative approaches, brain retraining and many other practices.
Some helped. Some didn’t. Some taught me important lessons.
But eventually I began to understand something much bigger:
I didn’t need another way to push myself.
I needed to learn how to work with my body instead of constantly fighting against it.
A different kind of strength
I started learning how to feel safe in my own body again.
There wasn’t one miracle technique that changed everything.
It was a gradual process of understanding stress, listening to my body and learning when to challenge myself — and when to recover.
- Breath
- Breathwork taught me how strongly I could influence my internal state.
- Stillness
- Meditation taught me how to slow down and observe my mind.
- Release
- TRE® introduced me to a completely different way of working with accumulated tension through the body.
- Challenge
- Cold exposure taught me how to remain present when every instinct wants to react.
- Nature
- Nature reminded me what life feels like without constant stimulation.

Over time, these experiences changed the way I understood resilience.
Real resilience isn’t being able to tolerate unlimited stress.
It’s having the flexibility to meet a challenge, respond to it and then return to balance.
That idea became the foundation of everything I teach today.
You don’t need to become better at tolerating stress.
You need to become better at returning to balance.
My work
Today I help other people build that capacity for themselves.
I work with people who are often doing well on the outside but feel very different on the inside.
They’re ambitious. Capable. Responsible.
But their mind rarely switches off.
Their body feels tense.
They’re constantly rushing, thinking or doing.
And even when life is going well, it can be surprisingly difficult to simply feel calm.
Through workshops, retreats and individual work, I introduce practical tools for stress release, nervous system regulation and resilience.

The goal isn’t to make you dependent on another coach, technique or routine.
It’s to give you tools you can actually use in your own life.
What I believe
Calm doesn’t mean avoiding difficult things.
It means developing the capacity to move through them without losing yourself.
Challenge without self-destruction.
Discipline without punishment.
Growth without constant urgency.
Strength with compassion.
Science alongside lived experience.
Simple practices you can actually use in real life.
I don’t believe there is one technique that will solve every problem.
And I don’t believe we need to escape modern life to feel good again.
The goal is to become more capable of living it.

Primal Balance
Modern life gives us extraordinary comfort — but very little balance.
We spend our days indoors, staring at screens, thinking constantly, rushing between responsibilities and living far away from many of the conditions our bodies evolved with.
I call the process of reconnecting with these fundamentals Primal Balance.
Not because we need to abandon modern life.
But because sometimes the simplest things remind the nervous system of something it has forgotten:
how to activate fully, recover deeply and return to balance.
Beyond the workshops
Curiosity has taken me around the world.
I was born in Poland, studied Computer Science at the University of Liverpool and spent a year studying and living in China.
Since then, I’ve travelled through more than 30 countries and lived in six.
I’ve hitchhiked across Europe, stayed with local families, lived in the jungles of Thailand and Indonesia and spent four months at Sadhguru’s Isha Yoga Center in India immersed in meditation, yoga and ashram life.
I’ve worked as a software engineer and later in high-pressure international corporate environments.
I’ve experienced both worlds:
the ambitious, achievement-driven world of modern work —
and the slower worlds of meditation, nature and inner exploration.
Today, my work sits somewhere between the two.
I’m not interested in escaping life.
I’m interested in learning how to live it fully without being consumed by it.

One of the experiences that changed my perspective
-10°C. A mountain. Nothing but shorts.
One of my most memorable experiences with the Wim Hof Method was climbing Mount Śnieżka in Poland in winter, in temperatures around -10°C, wearing only shorts.
It wasn’t about proving how tough I was.
It showed me how differently we can respond to discomfort when we learn to work with the breath, attention and the body instead of immediately reacting to stress.

But this isn’t really about me
Your path will be different from mine.
You don’t need to spend months in an Indian ashram.
You don’t need to climb a mountain in shorts.
And you definitely don’t need to try every technique I tried.
My experiences simply taught me something I wish I had understood much earlier:
Your ability to handle stress can be trained.
You can become stronger without becoming harder.
You can pursue meaningful goals without living permanently in survival mode.
And you can learn to recognise what your body needs before it has to scream for your attention.
My role is simply to help you discover the tools that work for you.
Ready to experience it?
You don’t have to escape your life to find your balance.
Learn practical ways to release stress, reconnect with your body and build the capacity to stay calm under pressure.
Know when to push. Know when to recover. Become capable of both.
