Changes to activities or programme
The exact schedule, sequence, instructor allocation or individual activities may occasionally change where necessary because of weather, safety, group needs, venue conditions or other practical considerations.
Any reasonable changes will aim to preserve the overall nature and value of the booked experience.
Health and safety
Participants must follow reasonable safety instructions provided by the instructor or event team.
Filip Krzyzanowski may ask a participant not to take part in a particular activity where there is a reasonable safety concern.
Participants are responsible for disclosing relevant health information before taking part.

Participants are expected to behave respectfully toward instructors, staff, other participants, venues and local communities.
Filip Krzyzanowski reserves the right to remove a participant from an activity where behaviour creates a serious safety risk or significantly disrupts the experience of others.
